St Columbkille’s Catholic Primary School is a coeducational non-government primary school located in the metropolitan location of Corrimal, New South Wales. The school has a total enrolment of 358 students, 53% are boys and 47% are girls. The school caters for years Kindergarten to grade 6.
St Columbkilles’ Catholic Primary School is a community of God’s people striving to live out the motto, ‘Christ is the Way. In partnership, they endeavour to foster a love of God through the Catholic identity and provide a safe, welcoming and caring environment for all. They aim to provide a learning environment that caters for individual differences and promotes lifelong learning. A Catholic Primary School established by the Sisters of St Joseph in 1905, St Columbkille’s provides quality education in faith and life for all students, following in the tradition of the founders of the Josephite Order, Blessed Mary MacKillop. St Columbkille’s Catholic Primary School features a diverse cultural enrolment of students and offers a full curriculum, within an atmosphere of mutual respect, in which all individuals are valued. St Columbkille’s professional learning opportunities for staff have recently focused on Restorative Justice, First Aid, and Assessment and Reporting. The school has recently revised its Anti-Bullying program as part of our new Pastoral Care Policy. Caring for those less fortunate in the world remains a priority at St Columbkille’s.
Enrolments
Enrolments to St Columbkille’s are available for classes Kinder to Year 6.
Enrolments take place all year round but for entry into Kindergarten in particular, enrolments are taken during Term 1 in the year proceeding the starting year. The completed Enrolment Application should be forwarded to the school by the end of Term 1.
Interviews of families are undertaken during Term 2 and places of offer are made at the end of Term 2. Where there are insufficient places available, parents may elect to remain on a school waiting list.
An Enrolment Package, including the Diocesan Policy and Enrolment Form, can be obtained from the school office or they can be downloaded from the school’s website.
School Fees
There are three levels of annual fees to be paid:
- Tuition Fees
- Primary School SEDSO Building & Maintenance Levy
- Service fees set by each school related to course materials or camps/retreats etc.

The Annual Tuition Fee can be paid upfront at the start of the year or as three equal payments in Terms 1, 2 and 3.

A family fee applies in Primary Schools so that only one fee applies irrespective of the number of children enrolled.
Financial Difficulty
If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to pay fees, please discuss the situation with your school Principal. Your situation will be treated with care and confidentiality and an appropriate arrangement may be made for you.
No student will be refused enrolment because of a family’s genuine inability to pay fees.
